Osteopathy is a system of manual medicine, which supports and guides the body towards optimal health.
Osteopaths believe the body, mind and spirit are interrelated and the body is capable of self-regulation, self-healing and maintenance of health. They use a wide range of techniques including massage, stretching, articulation and manipulation of joints, and balancing of ligaments and organs. They work with muscles, joints, the circulation of blood, lymphatic drainage, the organs of the body and the nervous system.

Osteopath focus on the whole person from structural problems to lifestyle issues.
